User's Guide - SHDC Consumer Centers

Welcome to the official documentation of the platform. Here you will find simple and clear guides to operate the tool on a daily basis: create orders, request product, manage visits, review incentives and understand your reports.

Access and password recovery

To log in to the platform use your assigned username and password. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot your password?” option on the login screen and follow the instructions in the automatic email.

Tips

  • Check the Spam o Unwanted if you do not see the mail.
  • Use a corporate email when possible.
  • Don't share your password; if someone needs access, create a new user with their role.

Bar Manager / Administrator

He is the operational manager of the Consumer Center. His panel is focused on the daily management of the bar.

  • Order product when inventory is needed.
  • See the agenda of visits scheduled by the Market Developer.
  • Review the performance of the center's wait staff and incentives.
  • Consult center orders and their status.

Your center is automatically assigned. You do not need to select it.

Waiter

Operational user for sales registration in your assigned center.

  • Create commands quickly from your panel.
  • Consult your personal performance and incentives.
  • View the history of your orders.

If you see “Invalid center”

  • Your user must have an assigned center.
  • Log out and log back in after any profile change.
  • Contact your Manager if the problem persists.

Market Developer

Responsible for maintaining communication with assigned centers, driving sales and ensuring supply.

  • Schedule and follow up visits.
  • Review performance dashboards by center and by waiter.
  • Support in product requests according to needs.

SHDC Supervisor

Oversees the overall performance of all centers.

  • View global reports, incentives and aggregate metrics.
  • Coordinate with market developers and managers.

Marketing

Consult global reports for campaigns and promotion.

  • Analyze sales by product/plant for strategies.
  • Identify trends and opportunities.

General Manager

Manages the entire platform.

  • Create/edit users and assign roles.
  • Review and validate orders and incentives.
  • Manage centers and waiters.

How to create an order

  1. Enter the module Commands.
  2. Select New and captures the data (products and quantities).
  3. Save to register and check the status on your dashboard.

Tips

  • Clear and complete capture to avoid rejections.
  • Check your connection before sending.

Validate an order

Validation ensures the quality of the information and the correct calculation of incentives.

  1. Open the pending order.
  2. Verify products, quantities and plant.
  3. Confirm to validate or return with comments.

Frequent errors in orders

  • Invalid centerThe user does not have an assigned center or it does not match.
  • Incomplete datamissing products or quantities.
  • Insufficient permitsConsult with your Manager or Supervisor.

Request product

  1. Go to Request product from your panel.
  2. Select the product, presentation and quantity.
  3. Send the application and save the folio.

Your request will be registered for follow-up.

Follow-up of requests

  • Check the status: Under review, Approved o Delivered.
  • If you need to change quantities, generate a new request with comment.

Schedule visits

  1. Access to Agenda.
  2. Choose the center and the date.

Desde tu panel podrás ver tus visitas próximas y el historial.

  • Estados: Programada, Completada, Vencida.
  • Reprograma si cambia la fecha u horario.

  • Consulta tus avances por periodo.
  • Revisa el detalle por producto y centro.

Reports and KPIs

  • Ventas por centro y por mesero.
  • Top productos y cumplimiento de metas.
  • Efectividad de visitas y atención.

Support and troubleshooting

  • No puedo entrar: verifica tu correo y contraseña, o solicita restablecimiento.
  • No veo mi centro: consulta con tu Gerente para confirmar la asignación.
  • “Centro no válido”: cierra sesión y vuelve a entrar tras actualizar tu perfil.

Glossary

Comanda
Registro de una venta realizada en el centro.
Centro de Consumo
Bar o establecimiento registrado en la plataforma.
Incentivo
Bonificación calculada a partir de objetivos y ventas.
Visita programada
Actividad agendada por el Desarrollador de Mercado para un centro.
Trago equivalente
Unidad de medida que estandariza el consumo para reportes.
